Last issue, we saw how automation may have played a role in the subprime meltdown. Now we examine how strategy, organization and culture contributed to the collapse. Raj Rajkotia, EMTM ‘07, found himself living the issues he studied in his IT Strategy course as part of the post-merger team (Countrywide Financial and Bank of America). and This Was Only Orientation!

For four days in August, new EMTM students had an experience that ran the gamut from statistics to team building to classroom etiquette to math boot camp.
